Wilusa, City Of Chains is a pocket zine -- a collection of random tables describing the otherworld city of the title. You can generate the basic themes of a city district, and quirks that make the district stand out; there are tables for some folks one might meet, encounters in the City's streets, weather, and even tavern food.
City Of Chains is designed to be system-neutral; accidental trips that drop the unwitting into Wilusa can happen in just about any game :D

This is really good. I had some flattering comparisons that I was going to make, but I can't think of them at the moment, so I'll just say that it's incredibly atmospheric and I appreciate that it's system-neutral; I'm not in any games right now, but I've been using some of it as writing inspiration, and I've always just loved rolling on random tables. Thanks so much for putting this out there!
